Pre-Launch Booking Submissions
New Metro City Lahore is calling on all associated dealers and investors to submit their pre-launch booking files for the following plot sizes:
- 3.5 Marla
- 5 Marla
- 7 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 1 Kanal
To ensure their inclusion in the 1st Ballot. You must submit all these files to the company’s offices by the closing date of 31st May.
Submission Guidelines
To be part of the 1st Ballot, ensure:
- All Files in Client’s Name: Each file should be in the name of the respective client and submitted to the company offices.
- Submission Before Deadline: Hand in the files before the 31st of May to avoid missing out on the 1st Ballot.
Post-Deadline Submissions
It’s crucial to note that any open files (OPEN FILES) submitted after the 31st of May will not qualify for the 1st Ballot Bookings Submission. Instead, we will consider these for the 2nd Ballot only. This is a significant distinction as missing the deadline could delay the processing and allocation of plots.
